Baby Dedication

At Faith Chapel, we believe in dedicating babies to the Lord, just as Hannah dedicated Samuel in the Bible. Dedications are a chance for parents to start their child's life off being blessed with the covering of prayer and love from their church family. Please fill out the form below in order to get your child dedicated during one of our upcoming Sunday services.
